  • Meet at the airport and check in to hotel in Colombo

  • Leave for Yala National Park en route visit a Turtle Hatchery in Kosgoda.
  • Visit Galle Fort
  • Leave for Yala in the night
  • Galle fort is a world heritage site with a history dating back to 1587 when the Portuguese took Galle from the Sinhalese kings. Yala National Park is the most popular Wild life sanctuary among the visitors who come to the country. See the large herds of Elephants, Spotted deer, Sambur, Barking deer, Monkey, Wild Boer, wild buffalo. Sloth bear, and wide varieties of bird species endemic and migratory. Witness the majestic Peacock performing its mating dance with the colorful plumes spread.

  • Go on safari in Yala wild life sanctuary and leave for Ella.
  • Visit Ravana Falls in Ella
  • Ella the small town has a long history involving Rama and Ravana of the Indian epic Ramayana. It was in Ella where King Ravana held Queen Sita imprisoned until she was rescued by Prince Rama.. Ella surpasses all other places in sheer spectacular scenic beauty Stay overnight in Ella

  • Leave for Nuwara Eliya Nuwara Eliya visit Haggala Gardens on the way
  • Nuwara Eliya called the hill station by the English. This is a very picturesque location almost 1950m above sea level with its soft English spring climate. The town is decorated with buildings of Colonial British era.

  • In the evening stroll through the city and stay overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

  • Visit Horton plains and Bakers fall in the morning.
  • Leave for Kandy visit a Tea estate and a factory on the way.
  • Horton plain is a hauntingly desolate, windswept plateau set at an elevation of over 2000 m from the sea level. A world apart from rest of Sri Lanka the plains offer excellent trekking including a circular 9 km walk to the Worlds end, where the hill plunges dramatically for near 1000 m offering marvelous views of to the South.

  • Overnight stay in Kandy

  • Kandy city tour shopping and visit Temple of tooth Relic.
  • Kandy is the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings, which is a world heritage site. The name Kandy conjures vision of splendor of magnificence. Many of the legends, traditions and folklore are still lovingly kept alive. Drive around the Kandy Lake built by the last king Sri Wickramarajasinghe in 1806; visit the Kandy town bazaar, the arts and the crafts center and a gem museum and lapidary.

  • In the evening visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic thereafter witness a traditional cultural dance show.
  • Stay overnight in Kandy

  • Morning after breakfast leave for Pinnawala Elephant orphanage in time to witness the bottle-feeding of orphaned baby Elephants and Elephants bathing and frolicking in the river after their meal.
  • Leave for Sigiriya
  • Late afternoon go on a elephant ride in to the jungles in Habarana - Optional
  • Stay overnight in Sigiriya

  • After breakfast climb Sigiriya rock fortress
  • Sigiriya was declared a world heritage site by the UNESCO built by the King Kassapa in the 5th century BC. Renowned historians consider Sigiriya the 8th wonder of the world. Marvel the world famous Sigiriya frescoes, water ponds built on top of the rock.

  • Afternoon optional visit to the Minneriya national park and witness the Herds of Majestic Elephants coming to the lake to drink water before retiring for the day.
  • Stay overnight in Sigiriya

  • Leave for Colombo/ Mt. Lavinia
