Day 1

Meet at the airport thereafter check in to a hotel In Mt Lavinia.

Day 2

Leave for Nuwara Eliya on the Kitulgala road. Go on a city tour in the late afternoon and Visit Haggala Gardens.Nuwara Eliya called the hill station by the English. This is a very picturesque location with a cool weather almost1950 Meters above sea level with its soft English spring climate. The town is decorated with old English style buildings ranging from Georgian to Queen Anne.

Day 3.

Visit Horton plains and Bakers falls and leave for Tea Trails Hotel in Dickoya.Horton plain is a hauntingly desolate, windswept plateau set at an elevation of over 2000 meters from the sea level. A world apart from rest of Sri Lanka the plains offer excellent trekking including a circular 9km walk to the Worlds end, where the hill plunges dramatically for near 1000m offering marvelous views of to the South.

Day 4.

Spend some leisure time at the Tea Trails Hotel in Dick Oya.
Nestled among the hills of the Dickoya region in central Sri Lanka, at over 5000 feet above sea level, is Ceylon Tea Trails – four classic Colonial era bungalows that boast twenty luxurious rooms and suites and butler service. These bungalows were originally built for British tea estate managers.

Day 5

Leave for Kandy.Visit the Temple of Tooth Relic; Visit the Gem Museum and Shopping in Kandy. Witness a Cultural Show in the late afternoon. Kandy is the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings, which is a world heritage site. Drive around the Kandy Lake built by the last king Sri Wickramarajasinghe in 1806; visit the Kandy town bazaar, the arts and the crafts center and a gem museum and lapidary. In the evening visit the Temple of Tooth relic Kings, witness a traditional cultural dance show.Stay Overnight in Kandy

Day 6

Leave for the elephant orphanage in time to witness the bottle-feeding of orphaned baby Elephants and Elephants bathing and frolicking in the river after their meal. Leave for Sigiriya visiting the Dambulla Rock cave Temples dating back to 1st century BC . Marvel the beautiful Ceiling paintings over 2000 years old.
Stay overnight in Sigiriya.

Day 7

Visit the mediaeval capital Polonnaruwa. (11th century &12 century) after breakfast. Polonnaruwa was the Capital after the fall of Anuradhapura. See the ruins of once a beautiful city fortified with three concentric walls, parks, gardens, and many shrines. Go on a safari to Minneriya National Par in the afternoon to witness many herds of wild elephants coming to the Minneriya tank to quench their thirst prior to retiring for the day. Stay overnight in Sigiriya.

Day 8

Climb Sigiriya rock fortress in the  morning . Sigiriya was declared a world heritage site by the UNESCO built by the King Kassapa in the 5th Century BC. Renowned historians consider Sigiriya the 8th Wonder of the World. Marvel the world famous Sigiriya frescoes, water ponds built on top of the rock.Leave for Wadduwa in the afternoon.Dinner and overnight stay in a star class beach resort in Wadduwa.

Day 9

Spend the day leisurely at a star class beach resort in Wadduwa.

Day 10

Leave for the Airport in time for the Departure
