Introduction
This unique nature resort spreads in 4 acres of land and consists of 21 chalets which are built under the shades of tropical trees such as Palu, Kohomba, Mango & Kadju (cashew) and is in close proximity to Yala National Park , Bundala Bird Sanctuary, historic town of Kataragama , Kirinda and Sithulpahuwa. Kataragama is a gateway to explore the rich cultural heritage of the ancient Ruhunu Kingdom dating back to 2nd Century BC.

Accommodation
The accommodation at Elephant Reach consists of twenty-one (21) chalets & 14 standard rooms most of which are interconnecting and appointed to blend with nature whilst assuring privacy and security. All the chalets are equipped with Electronic Safe for your valuables, fully stocked Mini Bar, 20” TV with satellite channels, DVD Player, Hair Dryer, Complimentary Tea & Coffee making facilities, spacious bath with Hot & Cold water, and Air Conditioning.

At meal times there’s absolutely no shortage of choice, from international cuisine of almost any variety to a spread of local delicacies, the hotels chefs are experts in every kind of culinary delight.
The 21 well appointed air conditioned chalets are well equipped with Bath/Shower, WC, Telephone, Radio, Satellite TV, Room service.
Check-in/Check-out Time: Check-in is 12.00 noon and Check-Out is 11.00 a.m. An earlier Check-in Time or later Check-out time can be requested on a case by case basis and the resort may agree depending on availability.
