Day 1

Meet at the Katunayake International Airport and Check to a Hotel in Colombo.

Day 2

Leave for Sigiriya visit the Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawela on the way. Witness the bottle-feeding of orphaned baby Elephants and Elephants bathing and frolicking in the river after their meal.Visit the Minneriya National Park in the afternoon.Minneriya Park is famous for its Elephants who come to the Lake in the late afternoon quench their thirst before retiring for the day. Stay overnight in Sigiriya.

Day 3

Climb Sigiriya rock fortress in the morning. Sigiriya was declared a world heritage site by the UNESCO built by the King Kassapa in the 5th Century BC. Renowned historians consider Sigiriya the 8th Wonder of the World. Marvel the world famous Sigiriya frescoes, water ponds built on top of the rock.
Leave for Kandy in the afternoon visiting a Spice garden on the way.Kandy is the capital of the last kingdom of Singhalese Kings, Undoubtedly the most beautiful city in the Island. Go on a city tour in Kandy Relax in the evening.

Day 4

Visit the Temple of Tooth relic and leave for Nuwara Eliya. Visit a tea factory en route.
Nuwara Eliya is the land of peace and silence. Nuwara Eliya called the hill station by the English. This is a very picturesque location almost1950 Meters above sea level with its soft English spring climate. In the evening stroll through the city and stay overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 5

Visit Horton plains and Bakers falls. Horton plain is a hauntingly desolate, windswept plateau set at an elevation of over 2000 meters from the sea level. A world apart from rest of Sri Lanka the plains offer excellent trekking including a circular 9 Km walk to the Worlds end, where the hill plunges dramatically for near 1000 m offering marvelous views of to the South. Herds of Sambar deer, different  lizards and many endemic bird species enhance the Horton Plains experience.

Leave for Ella visiting Haggala Botanical Gardens on the way.
Ella the small town has a long history involving Rama and Ravana of the Indian epic Ramayana. It was in Ella where King Ravana held Queen Sita imprisoned until she was rescued by Prince Rama. Every water fall, rock , stream is named after Sita and Ravana. Ella surpasses all other places in sheer spectacular scenic beauty

Stay overnight in Ella.

Day 6

Go on a trek in Ella Visit Ravana falls leave for Uda walawe national park. Stay overnight in Uda walawe.

Day 7

Safari in Uda walawe National Park famous for herds of elephants. In the morning, leave for Yala National park in the afternoon and stay overnight in Yala.

Day 8

Half a day safari in Yala in the afternoon Leave for Unawatuna Stay overnight in Unawatuna.
Yala National Park is the most popular Wild life sanctuary among the visitors who come to the country. See the large herds of Elephants, Spotted deer, Sambur, Barking deer, Monkey, Wild Boar, wild buffalo, Sloth bear, and wide varieties of bird species endemic and migratory. Witness the majestic Peacock performing its mating dance with the colorful plumes spread

Day 9

Visit Galle fort and leave for Wadduwa/ Bentota along the coastal belt visiting a turtle Hatchery on the way.
Galle fort is a world heritage site. Wander through the old buildings of the fort with a history dating back to 1587 when the Portuguese took Galle from the Singhalese kings.

Day 10

Leave to the Airport for departure from Katunayake Airport to Maldives

Relax in the Island Resort

Day 16

Leave for Male Airport.
